How to connect

Open your AI client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT desktop, or any MCP-enabled app).
Add a new MCP server and paste the URL above.
When prompted, sign in with your Life Architect account and approve access.
Ask your AI about your plans — for example, “Summarize my latest 90-day reboot plan.”

You’ll need a free Life Architect account to connect.
